Niranjan’s roles have spanned across Systems Design, Software Development, Hardware Engineering, Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, User Experience & Human Factors Design, Technical Communications, Design Verification & Validation, and Quality System Management at Carl Zeiss Meditec, Medtronic, National Instruments, Proximie, and Johnson & Johnson. Niranjan was also an instructor with the University of California Santa Cruz Medical Device Quality and Design Certificate Program.

Anna Ondrish has 20 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field. Her career started in customer service at a company that quickly saw her potential and promoted her to a manual tester. She quickly fell in love with all things Quality which launched her into various roles such as QA Project Lead, Senior Software Test Engineer, Senior QA Lead, and Director of QA. She currently is the founder of QAStrategy, LLC where she helps organizations define and promote a quality mindset throughout all aspects of the company. Anna is happiest when she is impacting change in those around her and she sees others growing in their own QA careers.
